We encourage the prompt and good-faith resolution of disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation in Tarrant County before initiating legal action.


13. International Access

Our Site is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with local laws. Services referenced may not be available in all jurisdictions.


14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest shall remain in full force.


15. Entire Agreement
